Our story
From subcontractor to integrated delivery partner.
CCP Builders Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2004. The company began by supporting construction companies in Terengganu before progressing into main contracting and increasingly complex building, civil, marine, industrial and infrastructure assignments.
Today, CCP is extending that technical foundation into facilities management—helping clients operate, maintain and improve the assets that shape their organisations and communities.

Abu Bakar bin Sidek
A business and project-management leader with more than two decades of industry experience. He provides strategic direction and remains closely involved in project planning, material sourcing and delivery oversight.
Mazlisham bin Abdullah
Holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and brings extensive experience in project planning, coordination and implementation across civil engineering, aviation and oil and gas. He also holds CIDB Facility Management Manager Level 5 competency certification.
Abd Razak bin Abd Rahman
A Universiti Teknologi Malaysia graduate with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons). His experience spans project and commercial management, including previous roles involving water, wastewater, infrastructure and oil and gas organisations.
Shaikh Mohsin bin Abdullah
Holds a Bachelor of Surveying from the University of Tasmania and has extensive Malaysian and international experience in the construction and oil and gas sectors. He leads business development and prepares CCP for new growth opportunities.
Mahadi Mohamed
A finance professional with a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Law from the United Kingdom. He is professionally qualified through MICPA and ACCA and has experience across corporate management, finance, taxation, strategy and business development.
